BUSINESS CONDITIONS

Duties, Customs Fees and Taxes:
We do not calculate or charge you for local duties or taxes on non-EU shipments. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. Please check with your local post office for more information. Camaa Music + Art is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all international shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.
Delivery schedule:
As required by the EU-guideline, we will have to wait 7 days before we are going to ship your order. Delivery time will depend on destination. We will ship all orders via postal mail. Most postal shipments will arrive within 4 weeks, but this may vary depending on outside factors. If you prefer a faster shipment via courier service, please contact us under sales@iriscamaa.com for extra-charges. Also, please note that couriers may require a signature for delivery and do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please note that orders shipped by postal mail are not insured. Camaa Music + Art is not liable if a parcel gets lost in transit. In case you do not receive a registered parcel, we will start the tracking procedure at the Post office.
Returns:
We absolutely guarantee that our products function and are delivered intact. You may return any item (shipping and handling charges are not refundable) in case it is delivered defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact: sales@iriscamaa.com We will provide you with a new item upon receipt of the damaged product. Defective products must be returned to us within two weeks upon receipt (date on postal stamp).
Please note that we will not carry the costs for the shipment of returns to us. We recommend that you send your return via insured carrier. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Camaa Music + Art Privacy Statement:
At Camaa Music + Art , we are committed to protecting your privacy. This means that we will not distribute, sell or rent your name or personal information about to any third party. Camaa Music + Art may share non-personal, non-individual information in aggregate form with its marketing partners for research purposes. In other words, we will not tell our marketing partners that you purchased a specific product, but we may tell them how many customers purchased a product. Of course, we will cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer.

-that the place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
-that delivered goods are property of Camaa Music + Art until payment is received in full.
